MushroomGuide.ca is a Canadian site about growing, harvesting, and cooking gourmet mushrooms. We help home growers get a healthy first flush, know the exact moment to harvest, and then turn that harvest into something genuinely good to eat. We also answer common pet-safety questions and build free calculators no other mushroom site has.
We're operated from Ontario, Canada as part of the GrowersGuide brand family. We grow these mushrooms ourselves and test the kits and gear we recommend — see our editorial standards for how we research, source data, and fact-check.
What we cover

What we don't cover
