Amazon and retailer links

Some of our buying guides mention or link to products sold on Amazon.ca and other Canadian retailers such as Canadian Tire and Walmart Canada. Where we take part in the Amazon Associates Program or a retailer's affiliate program, those links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases — at no additional cost to you. Where we are not an affiliate, we link to the retailer directly and earn nothing.

Other affiliate programs

How we choose products

• We prioritize products available in Canada (Amazon.ca or Canadian retailers)
• We prioritize products we have used ourselves or that have strong, verifiable reviews from Canadian growers
• We disclose when we have not used a product directly
• We do not accept paid placements that override our editorial judgment
